The NHS in south west London is inviting feedback from people who have used a Recovery Café (also known as Crisis Cafés), may use one in the future, or from carers of those who have used these services.
Recovery cafés provide a safe and welcoming space for people experiencing a mental health crisis who do not require emergency or hospital care. These cafés are usually open during the evenings and weekends, when other mental health services may be unavailable.
They are staffed by trained professionals who can offer practical support, advice, and a calm environment to talk. The service is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
They are looking at how these services are provided to make sure people will receive the same quality of care no matter where they live.
