Addiscombe Road branch is leased from a private property owner who have informed the practice that it will no longer be available from 30 June 2024. Therefore, the surgery has been asked to vacate the property.
The Northway Road branch is a modern, fit for purpose facility and the practice is confident they can continue to provide the same high-quality care from this single location. Patients will be seen by the same staff team and the practice will be writing to their patients and making sure they are aware of this change.
In January 2024, the practice carried out a survey with patients who attended the Addiscombe Road site to look at the impact of the site closure. Thank you to those patients for their feedback which has been very helpful in informing the plans.
