Women’s health and gynaecology services survey

Help us to understand what prevents some people from accessing women's health services, so we can help more women get the care they need.

We want to hear from as many people who live or work in South West London as possible. Taking part in this survey will help us to:

  • Understand how to make it easier for women to prioritise their own health
  • Understand what might prevent you from accessing women’s health and gynaecology services
  • Understand what we could do better

The survey will take about five minutes to complete.

Everyone who takes part will be given the chance to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher.
