Martin will join our other Non-Executive Members: Dick Sorabji, Mercy Jeyasingham MBE and Ruth Bailey.
Martin will join us as chair of the Audit Committee. His appointment follows an open and transparent recruitment process.
Martin will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the Board, and use his independent status to provide constructive challenge and oversight to ensure we make good decisions in the best interests of our patients and communities.
