From Tuesday 1 July 2025, GP services from New Addington Group Practice will be provided by Bourne Health Partnership.
Bourne Health Partnership has been awarded the contract to provide GP services from New Addington Group Practice after a thorough tender process. This was because the contract for GP services at these practices, currently held by AT Medics Ltd (you may know them as Operose), was due to expire on 30 June 2025.
We want to reassure you that this change will not impact the opening times or the quality of care you receive. In addition, most of the same team members will continue to provide your care at New Addington Group Practice, based at Parkway Health Centre and Fieldway Medical Centre.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are you changing the provider?
All GP practices work under contract to the NHS. These contracts are held by your local health Board which is called NHS South West London Integrated Care Board. The current contract for New Addington Group Practice is due to expire on 30 June 2025. To ensure that we continue to maintain high quality care, we asked local GP providers to express an interest if they were able to provide services from New Addington Group Practice and carried out a thorough procurement exercise. Following this exercise, we were able to appoint Bourne Health Partnership as the new provider of GP services for your practice. This new contract starts on 1 July 2025.
Do I need to do anything to continue receiving medical services from New Addington Group Practice after 1 July 2025?
