Andrew is Chief Executive Officer of NHS South East London and NHS South West London ICBs. Operating as a Cluster, the two ICBs plan and secure the delivery of health services for a combined population of four million Londoners, across 12 boroughs.
Andrew has performed a system leadership role in south east London since 2012, as ICB Chief Executive and CCG Accountable Officer before that. He led the south east London Partnership to become the first Integrated Care System (ICS) in London in 2019, performing the ICS lead role thereafter. He convened and led the system response to the pandemic and south east London’s vaccination programme. Andrew is also the London lead for primary care transformation and currently leads on neighbourhood health service development in the capital.
Joining the health service in 2000 as a NHS Management Trainee, Andrew has worked in London for the last 25 years. He is passionate about communities, system working and population health.
