This document explains our approach to making sure that the voice of people and communities is heard and influences how we plan and deliver health and care services in south west London. It shows:

  • the principles that we can be held to
  • the ways we involve people
  • the processes in place to ensure that their views influence decision making and the systems in place to provide assurance that this happens

By working more closely with each partner of our Integrated Care System, we can better understand people’s needs and hopes, provide more responsive, safe and effective services and support local people to access the services they need, at the right time and in the right place.
