Our Joint Forward Plan describes how NHS partners across South West London will work together over the next five years to meet the needs of local people.
We published the first stage of our plan in March 2023. It explains:
- the background and context for our plans
- what local people and communities have told us is important
- our ambitions
Tell us what you think
We want to know what you think about our ambitions and what we have learned from talking to local people about their experiences of health and care. You can give your views using our online survey.
Everyone that completes the survey will have the chance to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher.
The survey covers the main topics in our plan, including:
- health inequalities
- preventing ill health
- hospital (acute) care
- community care
- mental health, learning disabilities and autism
- GPs, dentists, pharmacies and optometrists/opticians (primary care)
- cancer
- maternity
- diagnostic services
- long-term conditions
- urgent and emergency care
- our workforce
- our Green Plan
- digital services
You don’t have to answer every question – just the ones that are important to you.
The survey closes on Tuesday 30 May 2023.

How we use your feedback
Your feedback will help to inform the final version of our plan, which we aim to publish at the end of June 2023.
The final plan will include the actions we aim to take to deliver our ambitions and respond to the needs and views of local people.
