About this report
The NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) Annual Report for 1 April 2025 to March 2026 has been produced in response to the NHS England requirements as published in the Department of Health and Social Care Group Accounting Manual 2024/25.
The structure closely follows that outlined in the guidance and includes three core sections:
- Annual Report
- Performance analysis and performance measures and members’ report
- Corporate governance report
- Annual governance report including the annual governance statement, remuneration and staff report, and the independent auditor’s report and financial statements.
- Annual Accounts
All content has been checked for accuracy and consistency with reporting data sources and to make sure that all requirements are met by our auditors.
In addition, we are also sharing here the accompanying in-depth reports:
- People and Communities report – evidencing how we engaged with local communities in the design of our work to influence and improve the services they use.
- Health Inequalities report – highlights our progress, challenges and key actions to reduce disparities in health outcomes, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to achieve the best possible health.
