The Finance and Planning Committee makes sure NHS South West London ICB uses its money wisely and plans services properly. It checks that budgets, investments and savings are well managed and provide value for money. The Terms of Reference (ToR) set out the committee’s role, membership, responsibilities and how it reports back to the Board. This ensures clear accountability and transparency in how financial decisions are made.
